Drone Surveys

We pride ourselves on completing our surveys with efficiency and high accuracy so the integration of drone operations during some of our inspections is a valuable tool. All level 3 surveys include drone use and footage - Weather permitting and flight zones controlled by CAA.

With the operations of drones we are able to collect precise data much quicker than traditional methods and can eliminate the need to put our Surveyors in potentially hazardous situations. 

Damp and Timber Surveys

There are several common causes of dampness in properties, whether new or period built. It is extremely important the cause of any dampness is correctly identified. Our RICS Surveyors are engaged to survey the property to pinpoint the root of the issue while also looking for the presence of any timber issues such as dry rot or insect infestation and give clear and impartial advice on appropriate remedies.
