BUILDING SURVEYS
Home / Building Surveys
Level 3 Building Survey:
A Level 3 Survey is generally recommended for properties built before 1920, as well as any home that has undergone significant alterations or extensions. It is also suitable for properties requiring renovation or upgrading, or those that appear to be in poor or dilapidated condition.
Our Level 3 Survey provides a comprehensive assessment of the property and includes a schedule of estimated repair costs for any defects identified.
This is particularly useful when purchasing a non-standard property or one requiring substantial work, helping buyers understand the likely costs involved before committing to the purchase.
Level 2 Survey
A Level 2 Survey is typically suited to most properties built after 1950 that appear to be in generally good condition. These properties are usually well maintained, appear structurally sound, and likely show only normal wear and tear, with little to no significant structural alterations or major building works completed.
While a Level 2 Survey highlights urgent defects and maintenance issues, it does not include a schedule of repair costs.
Our Surveyors will aim to give you professional advice and full sources of information to help you choose the right survey for your purchase,
Reports are all bespoke to your specific needs.
Drone Surveys
We pride ourselves on completing our surveys with efficiency and high accuracy so the integration of drone operations during some of our inspections is a valuable tool. - Weather permitting and flight zones controlled by CAA.
With the operations of drones we are able to collect precise data much quicker than traditional methods and can eliminate the need to put our Surveyors in potentially hazardous situations.
